Mubadala Capital agrees to acquire majority interest in Arrive Logistics

Mubadala Capital has entered a definitive agreement to acquire a majority equity interest in Arrive Logistics, a North American truckload brokerage. Existing investors and management will retain stakes, while the company said the investment is intended to support service expansion, talent acquisition and technology innovation. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Arrive Logistics announced a definitive agreement for Mubadala Capital, Mubadala Investment Company’s alternative-asset management arm, to acquire a majority equity interest. ATL Partners, Lead Edge Capital and other existing investors will retain meaningful stakes, and management will roll significant equity into the transaction. Arrive moves freight across the United States, Canada and Mexico for more than 5,500 customers through a network of more than 10,000 core carriers. The company said the investment would support expanded services, talent acquisition and technology innovation; the transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
