Mubadala leads Moove's $250 million autonomous-mobility infrastructure round

Mubadala led Moove's $250 million Series C financing at a $2.1 billion valuation. Moove said the capital will support autonomous-fleet ownership, robotics-first depot infrastructure and market launches. The UAE-headquartered company operates approximately 42,000 vehicles in 29 cities across 13 countries and reported $420 million in annual recurring revenue.

Moove announced a $250 million Series C financing at a $2.1 billion valuation led by Mubadala, with Woven Capital and Ion Pacific co-leading. The company said the proceeds would support autonomous-fleet ownership, robotics-first depot infrastructure and launches in new markets. Moove said it operates approximately 42,000 vehicles across 29 cities in 13 countries and has reached $420 million in annual recurring revenue. It expects to expand its autonomous-vehicle workforce from about 150 to about 500 employees by year-end.
