Temasek examines European dual-use defence investment opportunities

Temasek is looking to increase defence investments as European governments raise military spending, Reuters reported. A senior executive said the fund would focus mainly on dual-use technologies rather than pure defence manufacturers. Europe, the Middle East and Africa represent 12% of Temasek's S$518 billion portfolio, and its preferred European deal range is €500 million to €1 billion.

Temasek’s minimum European investment ticket is €200 million, with a preferred range of €500 million to €1 billion, enabling its investment team to play an active role after investing.
